The legal relationship between iSourcing Hub & User are subject to the ‘General Terms of iSourcing Hub’ and the ‘ICT-Office Terms and Conditions General Module’ and ‘Module1 Software license’ as currently applied, and as they may be changed from to time .
In case of a conflict, the provisions of this Agreement will prevail over the ‘General Terms of iSourcing Hub’, where last General Terms will prevail over the ICT-Office Conditions, unless a (Services-) Annex expressly deviates from it.
